SALES POLICY: Procar by SCAT’s Terms & Conditions herein supercede all previously published Terms & Conditions. All prices are subject to change without notice. Try as we may, errors can occur; therefore, we will not be responsible for typographical errors.
WARRANTY: Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Seats are completely inspected for overall workmanship and quality with particular attention to material tears, scuffs, punctures and thread pulls prior to packaging. Seats are packed into durable, corrugated shipping cartons, and each seat is completely wrapped for maximum protection. Any claims for damage or defects to seats must be made prior to installation. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part or parts returned to SCAT, and which, upon inspection, shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been defective. Claims for defective fabric due to wear will not be accepted. Claims for damage, labor or towing will not be allowed. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
DISPLAY SEATS: Seats used for display purposes or as floor samples are not returnable and are not warranted against defects for claim of material, tears, punctures, thread pulls, scuffs, worn, faded or soiled materials.
RETURN MERCHANDISE : Merchandise cannot be returned without a written Return Goods Authorization issued by SCAT. A 20% handling charge will be assessed on all returns unless due to our error. Freight must be prepaid on all authorized returns. Non-cataloged items are considered obsolete and are not returnable.
