1969 Nova

Hot Rod Network shared Ken Carmon’s 1969 Nova that underwent a full factory restoration. Powerhouse Hot Rods & Performance in Central Square, New York, was responsible for completing Carmon’s vision: old-school body with modern hardware.

Procar by SCAT Sportsman seats with RaceQuip five-point harnesses are featured in the 1969 Nova. The rest of the trim and carpet came from PUI Interiors with instrumentation from Dakota Digital. This ride made its debut at the Carlisle Chevrolet Nationals where it took home the Super Chevy Celebrity Award.

Our goal was to build the perfect Nova with the stunning appearance of a restored car and the performance of a Z06 Corvette. I think we achieved that goal on both levels.
